Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Taylor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Taylor is requesting quotes for the removal and replacement of the existing walk-in freezer at the Ford Senior Center. This project includes all necessary labor, materials, retrofitting, and utility work required for full installation and operation of the new unit. This is a CDBG federally funded project and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and Federal Prevailing Wage Requirements. All contractors and subcontractors are required to fully review, understand, and comply with the labor standards and wage rates outlined in the attached "Davis-Bacon Act" document. This document will be provided as an attachment and must be reviewed prior to submitting a bid.
