Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Princeton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: o Storage Pond at the new Facility. o Effluent discharge irrigation system at the new Facility. o Submersible Pump Station and associated equipment at the new Facility. o Force main at the new Facility. o Yard piping and site work as required at the new Facility. o Miscellaneous HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical upgrades in the Administration Building and Service Building at the existing Facility. o Parking Lot/Site Improvements at the existing Facility. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Green Lake Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
