Site work for a library in Mount Sterling, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a library.
**As of June 26, 2025, the project was awarded to Gabella Farm LLC., but the awarded amount is not available.** landscape design has already been finalized, and we are now seeking a contractor to complete the installation in accordance with the approved plans. Scope of Work: o Installation of landscaping features including plantings, retention wall, and hardscape. o Ensure all elements are installed per the specifications in the approved landscape plan. o Provide necessary equipment and Labor to complete the installation within the required timeframe. Project Requirements: All work must comply with local codes, ordinances, and regulations. Installation must be completed by June 30, 2025. Contractors must be licensed, insured, and have prior experience in similar' projects.
