The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors will furnish and deliver approximately 18,000 gallons of Micro-C 2000 annually. SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE (SBR): This procurement has been designated as a Small Business Reserve Procurement in accordance with Md. Code Ann., State Fin. & Proc. Art. 14-501 - 14-505 (2011 Supp) . To be eligible for this procurement, your company must have a current small business certification from the Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOMA). BONDING REQUIREMENTS: There are no bonding requirements for this project. TERM OF CONTRACT: The initial term of the Contract Shall be for one (1) year period, starting from issuance of a written notice-to-proceed from the MES Project Manager (or his designee). The deadline for questions to be received by the Procurement Office is April 9, 2025 by 1:00PM.
