Bids for William R. Fairchild International Airport - Taxiway Reconstruction/Rehabilitation The scope of work being considered is: 1. Reconstruction of approximately 3,800' of Taxiway A 2. Crack Seal and Slurry Seal of approximately 2,700' of Taxiway A 3. Crack Seal and Slurry Seal of connecting taxiways 4. Taxiway pavement markings 5. Lighting and signage improvements This is a prevailing wage project per State and Federal Laws. All labor on the project shall be paid no less than the minimum wage rates established by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries or Davis-Bacon Act, whichever is greater. This contract will be funded, in part, by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. As such, it will be subject to federal requirements.
