Reference Number 0000383469 Delivery Point: City of Delta The City of Delta is accepting sealed bids for Jetvac Cleaning at multiple locations within the city limits and on-call services. The City of Delta is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 Waste/Stormwater Pipe Clearing with industrial-size Jetvac at various locations throughout the City of Delta, CO, including lift stations. This project involves clearing a minimum of 24 hours of pipeline and may expand as additional locations are identified. These locations will be identified (8" to 48") as Summer 2025 progresses. The contractor selected will be responsible for: Clearing Waste/Stormwater Pipes: Clearing of pipes ranging from 8" to 48" in diameter at multiple locations, including but not limited to lift stations. On-Call Services: Providing emergency pipe clearing and water line location services for verifying lead water lines as needed. Disposal: Proper disposal of debris at the City Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 1398 Hwy 50, Delta, CO. Lead Water Line Inspections: Potholing of water lines to verify the presence of lead materials. The contractor shall provide pricing based on the following unit rates: Price per linear foot for pipe jetting and cleaning with removal and disposal. Price for potholing water lines for lead inspections Price for weekend and/or evening mobilization Additional locations may be identified as the project progresses, particularly in the summer of 2025 and extending into 2026.
