The work will take place within designated municipal right-of-ways and easements, minimizing surface disruption and complying with local, state, and federal standards. This project involves the installation of municipal water lines and associated utility conduits via Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) within designated City of Delta rights-of-way and easements. The scope aims to minimize surface disruption while ensuring full compliance with applicable municipal, state, and federal regulations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and permits.
