Reference Number 0000398609 The Colorado Department of Corrections operates a correctional center in Delta, Colorado. The facility has numerous buildings that are covered with a combination of low slope and high slope roof systems. Many of these roofs are being replaced in the first two phases of a facility wide roof replacement project that is currently underway. This project addresses the remaining roofs on the facility. Estimated Project Cost: $1,400,000.00 Both low slope and high slope roof systems are included in this project. There are 13 roofs where new standing seam sheet metal roofing must be installed. There are also two roof areas that will receive new adhered 90 mil EPDM roof membrane systems. The completed roofs must carry a manufacturer's 20-year leak free warranty covering labor and material at a no-dollar-limit. A two-year roofing contractor's leak free warranty will also be required for each building The work involved in this project is primarily related to roofing replacement services. The contractor must be well versed in the installation of high slope and low slope roofing systems. The following services summarize what is required to complete the project.
