Reference Number 0000383646 Bid Intent Not Available Delta County, Colorado is seeking quotes from qualified firms to perform an inspection on our public safety communications tower located in Delta, Colorado. The purpose of the inspection is to check the tower for any safety concerns, structural defects and needs for imediate maintenance and perform routine maintenance on the tower such as checking bolts. Additionally, the county is unable to locate the original CAD drawings and plans for the tower from its construction in 1985 and we are seeking to create CAD drawings as the tower is currently built and attached equipment utilizing a drone or other technology to document the structural design and affixed antennas. A site visit is NOT required if your firm feels you can provide a detailed quote and list of required services based on this RFQ packet. Photographs and aerial imagery of the tower have been included in Appendix A for review. Site visits will be conducted either by Emergency Management or Delta County Facilities. Delta County Emergency Management is unavailable the week of September 15th for on-site visits but visits may be coordinated through the Delta County Building and Grounds Supervisor if he is available.
