Renovation of a transportation facility in Rochester, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City of Rochester, through its Architectural Services Division, is soliciting proposals for architectural engineering services for the Port of Rochester Terminal Building Roof Replacement. The project includes the replacement of the main roof, identified as #6 in the RFP. The roof is approximately 26,700 square feet. Included in the project is the replacement of the lightning protection system. The consultant is requested to submit proposals for a full-service design and public bid project as indicated in the RFP. The RFP includes a draft scope of services, proposal requirements, MWBE participation, and City provisions. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 All communications by parties who have an intent to submit or have submitted a proposal in response to this RFP including any questions or requests for clarifications, submission of the proposal, requests for status updates about the proposal selection process and any other inquiries whatsoever concerning this RFP shall be sent, in writing, to the following City contact(s): Primary contact/Project manager Martin E.
