Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

- Remove asphalt roof shingles, felt paper, drip & rake metal, and any ice & water shield to decking (assume one-layer of existing roofing) - Remove gutters and down spouts. - Remove metal eave & gable fascia, and soffit coverings. - Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of all construction debris. - Replace roof decking as per specification once it has been determined by the RHA Project Manager that replacement is necessary. - Replace eave and gable fascia boards as per specification once it has been determined by the RHA Project Manager that replacement is necessary. - Install new asphalt roof shingles as per specifications in bid package. - Install aluminum eave and gable fascia coverings as per specifications in bid package. - Install vented aluminum soffit coverings as per specifications in bid package. - Install new gutters and downspouts as per specifications in bid package. - Restore landscape damaged during construction with necessary topsoil and grass seed or sod to provide for a substantial (80%) growth of grass in all affected areas. All questions for this solicitation must be received in writing before 3 PM April 8, 2025. All questions will be answered in a written summary or addendum.
