The City of Chehalis invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide design and construction for The Parkhill Drive storm drain repair project. The project will require approximately 872 Ft. M/L. The repair will begin at address 405 S.E. Parkhill Drive and end at 245 S.E. Parkhill Dr. The repair will include the replacement of the existing Clay & Steel 12-inch drain line. This will also include the replacement of existing storm structures. Project Scope Consultant duties will include the following: Develop Civil Construction Plans and engineers estimate for removing and installing new pipe and catch basins, repairing the road surface and driveways damaged by construction. Deliverables: Engineers estimate, bid package design plans. Municipal Construction Project Management Services Deliverables: Prepare construction bid package, invitation to bid, provide administrative assistance with contract from execution to completion. Questions must be submitted via email to fbeierle@ci.chehalis.wa.us no later than 10:00 a.m. on May 5, 2025. City responses for clarification of statements herein will be provided to the known list of RFP recipients. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to re-advertise proposals when it is in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
