The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) requires services to supply and install of a safety railing around the penthouse of the CCG HQ building. ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this RFQ. ** This will consist of the manufacturing and installation of the railing as well as the installation of a new grounding system to support antennas that will be installed for a new centralized communication system for emergency services by the Canadian Coast Guard at a later time.
