Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, cleaning equipment, transportation, and other items of work and costs necessary to complete the specified janitorial work throughout the Central Lincoln district. Central Lincoln has facilities located in Newport (Headquarters and Northern Operations Center), Florence and Reedsport. The qualified company and employees must be licensed, bonded and insured Contractors that would like to be on the bidders list must be pre-approved prior to the mandatory project pre-bid meeting. To get on the bidders list or for more information on this project contact Jennifer Watkins at 541-574-2063, 24 hours prior to April 20th. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people's utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so
