Renovation of a multi-residential development in Englewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-story above grade multi-residential development.

According to Drawings and Specifications prepared by Lothrop Associates Architects Inc., and described in general as: The scope of this project includes all labor, material and equipment associated with the following work in a vacant six story residential building Removal and replacement of all windows (except Elevator Lobby windows on floors 2nd through 6th) - Removal of the existing split ribbed masonry and associated steel lintels and brick masonry. - Installation of insulated metal panels to replace the split ribbed masonry including repair of brick masonry. - Selective repair and repointing of brick masonry. - Preparation and staining of existing brick masonry (Alternate) The Base Bid work of this project, as outlined above, shall be completed in a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the City of Englewood Housing Authority, United States Government Bonds, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Sureties in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Submitted by Each Bidder. The Surety Company Must Also Be Licensed to Do Business in the State of New Jersey.
