Reference Number 0000393022 The scope of Work contemplated for the above named Project includes the milling and paving of East Palisade Ave. (Grand Ave. to RR tracks) within the City of Englewood, including but not limited to the installation of new stamped asphalt crosswalks, inlets or eco safe inlet heads frame and grates, drainage improvements as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 30 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "CITY OF ENGLEWOOD" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00.
