Reference Number 0000408072 The scope of Work contemplated for the above named Project includes the milling and resurfacing of Herzog Pl. & Levinsohn Pl., base pavement repair, curb and sidewalk replacement, handicap ramp improvements, drainage improvements as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. The following is added: Soil erosion and sediment control devices, including sweeping of streets, will be required if and where directed by the engineer. The contractor shall install soil erosion and sediment control devices in accordance with soil conservation standards. The following is added: Clearing site shall also include the clearing and removal of all signs, mailboxes, fences, trees, stumps, brush, vegetation, rubbish, resetting benches and any other various items to be removed within the work area. This work shall consist of rough and final grading, removal of construction debris, topsoiling (4" thick), fertilizer and seeding, woodchip installation, trimming of trees and all else incidental and required. The work shall consist of milling 3" and paving 3" of Herzog Pl. & Levinsohn Pl., as well as base pavement repair, curb and apron replacement, handicap ramp improvements, catch basin & drainage modifications & improvements, etc. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment, required to complete the work of this Contract, including but not limited to the following: 1.
