As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The City requires a competent firm having the required manpower, equipment and abilities to service and repair any of the Citys plumbing, including but not limited to 12.1.1 Underground water mains, curb boxes, sanitary sewers and storm drains 12.1.2 General and security faucets, shower mixing valves and wall hydrants 12.1.3 General and security fixtures, toilets, sinks and shower stalls 12.1.4 General cold/hot water, sewer, waste, drain and vent piping 12.1.5 Domestic hot water heaters and storage tanks 12.1.6 Catch basins and dry wells 12.1.7 Back flow testing and installations 12.1.8 Video inspection and locating 12.1.9 Snaking and Hi-Velocity water jet cleaning BID 25-21 Plumbing services. Bids shall be electronically uploaded; no physical bids shall be received, opened or honored. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the City of Englewood. If bids are to be submitted electronically in accord with this notice, then the bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail PRIOR to bid opening the original to the Municipal Clerks office 2-10 Van Brunt St Englewood, NJ. The bid bond may also be provided in certified check and cashiers check in accord with provisions within general requirements of this bid. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
