Dansville Schools, 1264 Adams Street, Dansville, Ml 48819, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive facilities assessment of all Dansville Schools owned and operated buildings and structures. The selected firm will provide a detailed evaluation of the current condition, functionality, and compliance status of Dansville Schools' facilities, as well as recommendations for improvements and long-term maintenance strategies. Insurance and Compliance: o Required: General Liability ($1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate), Workers' Compensation, Commercial Umbrella ($2M). o The vendor is liable for damages and must maintain all necessary permits.
