The main proposal body will be submitted in 8 1/2 " x 11" format, bound along the 11" edge with 16 faces maximum (not including cover letter and cover sheets). Please submit six (6) bound copies and a PDF electronic copy via email or USB drive. Please confirm receipt of files sent electronically. Supplemental materials can be in any format fitting within the 8 1/2 " x 11" package and will be at the discretion of the proposers. The supplemental materials will be considered in evaluating selection. Questions shall be written and directed to Curtis Brown at the above address or via email at cbrown@urbandale.org. Please do not contact other selection committee members directly. Written questions are to be delivered by 5:00PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 to allow dissemination of information to all proposers by 12:00PM (Noon) on Monday, April 28, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
