The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project: Project: 2025 Sanitary Sewer Spot Repair Program Project No.: 2025-025-300 Estimate: $61,000 Major Items: Approximately 31 LF of 6 inch ductile iron water main. Approximately 1 EA of removal of a sanitary sewer manhole. Approximately 18 LF of SW-301 manhole installation. Approximately 5 LF of major manhole adjustment. Approximately 11 SY of sidewalk removal and replacement. Approximately 69 SY of 8 inch PCC full depth patching. Related items including restoration and traffic control.
