The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project: Major Items: Replacement of 9 Conflict Monitors Replacement of 4 Traffic Cameras Replacement of 1 External Battery Backup System If you have any questions or need further information, please call 515-278-3950. Contractor shall fully complete the project by September 1, 2025. Performance Bond and Payment Provisions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, said bond to be issued by a responsible surety and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the contract and the terms and conditions therein contained and shall guarantee the prompt payment for all materials and labor and protect and save harmless the City, from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operation of the Contractor.
