The City of Urbandale, Iowa, is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for engineering services for the design of a concrete trail reconstruction in Northview Park with associated grading and restorations. The existing culvert that occurs in the project limits is to be replaced. A culvert design and hydraulic analysis are to be provided. The project will include performing preliminary and final design, and bidding assistance services. The proposals submitted for this RFP will be evaluated by a panel of City staff.
