The City is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants that can successfully provide Engineering Design Services for this Project. The specific services noted are referenced under the Introduction and Project Description heading above and are described in more detail in the task below. The scope of work requested in this RFP is for the preparation of the full set of construction documents necessary for construction and bidding. This includes the preparation of the Plans, Specifications and Engineer's Estimates, obtaining all necessary permits and clearances from other public agencies, construction support services and other work as specified in this section. It shall be the Consultant's responsibility to ensure their proposal includes all services necessary to obtain Caltrans and/or other stakeholders' approval to bid and construct the project.
