The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contractors shall submit the Contractor's Qualification Statement available at the website, under the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the City prior to April 25, 2025 at 12:00 pm. Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be granted access to VirtuBid. Bidders cannot access the online bidding facility until they are approved on the plan holder list by the City. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
