As of February 10, 2026, this project is in the design phase. Construction is expected to start in early April. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Design HAFB 1800 N Gate Architectural HAFB 1800 N Gate, Architectural Design Services Sunset Ridge Development Partners (SRDP), in partnership with the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) and the US Air Force is seeking proposals for the Architectural Design Services of a new Air Force Base POV entry gate - to be located at the new 1800 N interchange (Project is not MILCON or USACE). This project aims to provide an additional base access point to help improve traffic flows. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
