See Project Location Map Re-Stripe 6" Edge Line and 4" Center Line Pavement Markings Approximate major items of work are: 671,750 LF of 6" Solid Line 194,200 LF of 4" Broken Line 106,550 LF of 4" Solid Line Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the County of Renville as obligee, or certified check payable to the Auditor/Treasurer of Renville County equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the County in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. Each bid shall also be accompanied by an approved affirmative action certification. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for opening bids. Contractors, subcontractors, or material suppliers desiring a copy of the plans, specifications and proposal forms may purchase them from the office of Renville County Public Works, 105 S. 5 th St., Suite 319, Oliva, Minnesota 55277 upon payment of $300.00 (plus tax), which is non-refundable. No Refunds will be made. Minnesota Sales Tax (6.875%) is included in all counter purchases and on all orders shipped to points in Minnesota. Make checks payable to Renville County Public Works. Payment for the work will be by check, upon a duly processed pay estimate. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities and to award the bid in the best interest of the County of Renville.
