Site work for an educational facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
You are invited to bid on a General Contract for construction in the City of Richland for the construction of an additional connection between an existing water line to the existing irrigation system on the Hanford High School campus. The new connection work area will cover approximately 600 square feet with the scope of work including: installation of a 4" water meter and vault, a 6" reduced pressure backflow assembly with concrete pad, 25 feet of 6" ductile iron water line, 55 square yards of crushed rock surfacing, installation of 96 feet of chain link fence, connection to an 8" water line, and connection to an 8" irrigation line. Bid security amounting to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid must accompany each Bidder's proposal in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the date and time set for opening thereof or before Award of Contract, unless said award is delayed beyond 30 days. The Project duration shall be 45 calendar days. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by June 30th, 2025 as defined in the draft agreement included with the bid documents. The project requires compliance with prevailing wage under RCW 39.12. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and in particular, to reject a proposal not accompanied by the required bid security or data required.
