Renovation of a laboratory facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,540-square-foot laboratory facility.
The Work consists of renovating 325RPL Laboratories as follows: 1. Base Scope: Renovation of laboratories 312, 400, 514, and 516 2. Additive Alternate #1: Renovation of laboratory 511 3. Additive Alternate #2: Renovation of laboratory 416 Each laboratory will be renovated to meet current laboratory standards. Scope to include removal and replacement of flooring, ceiling, overhead lighting, casework, and fume hoods, and removal of the glove box in laboratory 516. One entry door of each laboratory will be widened to a 3' door and 1' leaf and proximity access installed. Laboratories 514 and 516 will be merged into one laboratory space. Work also includes demolition of duct work and replacement of the drop ceiling in laboratory 48 as well as partial replacement of the ceiling and duct work modifications in laboratory 310. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Renovate and Modernize Five Lab Spaces Within 325rpl; Including Labs 312, 400, 416, 511, and 514/516. Renovations Include but Are Not Limited to New Flooring, Ceiling, Wall Finishes, Doors, Fume Hoods, Casework, Mobile Workbenches, Lighting, Hvac, Plumbing, and Access Control.
