The successful contractor shall provide materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and inspection necessary to successfully accomplish the Scope of Work (SOW) as described/depicted on the contract drawings and specifications outlined in section A-2, paragraph 1 below. In general, the scope of this project includes replacement of an obsolete rooftop heat pump at the 3220 Building (located at 890 Vader Lane, Richland, WA 99354). The scope includes removal of the existing heat pump, installation of a new heat pump on a new curb, roof patching, installation of new supply and return ductwork, installation of new electrical and controls, and system startup and commissioning. All demolished materials shall be disposed in a Battelle furnished ERDF container.
