Overall Site Electrical distribution for the project's Temporary power system including: - Incoming Hydro Ottawa 28kV service, including ductbank and transformer manhole bases built to Hydro Ottawa standards by Hydro Ottawa approved contractors. - Electrical wiring and connections between Hydro Ottawa Transformer and a PCL supplied Main electrical panel. Electrical wiring and connections between a PCL supplied Main electrical panel and all downstream electrical panels around the site. This will include a combination of buried and exposed portions of cabling to suit the site logistics. - Electrical wiring and connections from electrical panels to various construction equipment. Temporary Site Lighting for construction roadways and trade parking lots including poles, light fixtures and power connections. Relocation of an existing overhead 15kV power line and existing overhead communications cables, including installation of new poles and associated power lines and communications cables to reconnect existing buildings. Relocation of an existing 44kV ground grid system to a new location including all new conductors, ground rods, boreholes in rock to facilitate ground rod length. Site conduit infrastructure for temporary security system. The temporary Security system software and devices are not included in this scope.
