Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Quincy, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot swimming pool; and swimming pool.
Project No. 377-6109-038 Work consists of construction for a new aquatic center which includes an outdoor pool and waterslide complex, a 5,000 square foot pool building, new parking lot and site work; and other Work related thereto on an existing site currently in use and occupied by the Owner as a municipal park (East Park). The existing aquatic center and parking lots are to be demolished after the new center is completed. Questions regarding the Contract Documents shall be e-mailed to bhanley@nacarchitecture.com. All work to be performed on the project will be subject to the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates. Bidders agree and understand that any document submitted to the City of Quincy for this proposed project is subject to public disclosure in accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act, RCW 42.56. The City reserves the right to: reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in a Bid or in the bidding process, and determine which Bid is, in the Citys judgment, the lowest, responsive and responsible Bid. The process of Bidding for the Work and details of the Project are in the Contract Documents.
