The City of Quincy, Washington requests Bids to provide the labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees to complete the 2nd AVENUE SE ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT: This project reconstructs 2nd Ave SE from J Street SE to N Street SE, and Marginal Way from N Street SE to 4th Ave SE. The project includes the rehabilitation of the roadways to current City design standards, new asphalt pavement section, stormwater conveyance and water quality improvements, streetscaping, ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, roadway frontage restoration, and reclaimed water system piping. The City reserves the right to: reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in a Bid or in the bidding process, and determine which Bid is, in the City's judgment, the lowest, responsive and responsible Bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
