Contract #2 Item Number -1 Quantity - 24759 Unit - SY Description - Double Bituminous Seal Coat as per PUB 408 Section 470 Bidders need to be PennDOT prequalified in Work Indicated proof of prequalification required with bid. Pre-Construction meeting required contact Municipality for meeting date. 610-929-5324 Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $ 850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
