The Work to be performed for the project includes supplying all labor, equipment, and materials for the installation of a paved driveway from Mannerchor Road to the Mannerchor Water Tank, and other related improvements. Bonds and insurance. Includes all bonding and insurance requirements for the entire contract. (Lump Sum) 2. Mobilization: Mobilize equipment, personnel and materials to the project site as necessary to construct the project improvements. Includes all associated travel, fuel, rental, and other associated fees and demobilization upon project completion. This items includes construction stakeout, project management, and project scheduling; clean up and removal of any construction debris, waste, excess materials, etc.; and allstart up and shut down costs. (Lump Sum) 3. Tree and Brush Removal / Site Preparation: Remove and dispose of all trees, brush, and natural debris within the project area. Includes removal of sticks, branches, stumps, or remnants of fallen trees. Includes stump removal and backfill up to a depth of 36-inches. Includes the cutting and removal of any vegetation necessary for the construction of the driveway. All debris shall be properly disposed of offsite. (Lump Sum) 4. Provide temporary erosion and sediment pollution control measures as indicated on the plans. Measures include but are not limited to temporary silt fence or silt sock, a rock construction entrance, temporary stockpiling of material, erosion control fabrics, water filter bag / pumping, temporary seeding, etc. Includes maintenance of the sediment pollution control measures until the site achieves a 70% stabilization rate. Includes the removal of any temporary sediment pollution controlmeasures upon project completion. (Lump Sum) 5. Excavate below prepared subgrade and place and compact No. 2A Stone Subbase, 6" depth. (690 SY) 6. Place and compact Superpave asphalt mixture design, Binder Course, PG 64S-22, 0.3 to < 3.0 million ESALS, 19.0 mm mix, 2.5" depth. (690 SY) 7. Place and compact Superpave asphalt mixture design, Wearing Course, PG 64S-22, Wearing Course, 0.3 to < 3.0 million ESALS, 9.5mm mix, SRL-H, 1.5" depth. Includes tack coat. (690 SY) 8. Install SegmentalRetaining Wall. (50 LF) 9. Install Rip-Rap Channel / Swale 1. Includes preparing and grading the swale channel, installation of a Class 1 Geotextile fabric, the installation of an 8" depth AASHTO #1 stone bed along the swale, and the installation of a small vegetated stilling basin at the bottom of the swale (330 SY) 10. Site Stabilization: Stabilize all disturbed areas with grass vegetation. Includes temporary stockpiling as needed. Includes the importing and installation of screen topsoil in areas of earth disturbance. No less than a 4-inch layer of screened topsoil shall be established which is free and clean of any rocks 1" or more in size shall be installed over all disturbed areas. Includes erosion control matting on all slopes greater than 3H:1V. Includes applying lime and tackier in areas of steep slopes proposed to be stabilized. (Lump Sum) 11. Install 2' x 2' x 2' precast concrete yard drain box with metal grate. Includes the removal and disposal of existing 3 walled concrete box, subgrade preparation, the installation of a 6" compacted bed of 2A stone, the installation of the precast concrete box, coring an 8" hole in the bottom of the precast box, coring an 8" hole in the metal grate, a water tight connection to the 8" PVC Drain Pipe, cutting and elevation adjustment of the tank drain pipe, and the installation of a metal frame and grate. (1 EA) 12. Installation of 8" SDR35 PVC Drain pipe. Includes excavation, subgrade preparation, water tight joints, a single cleanout at the proposed pipe change in direction, the daylighting of the terminus of the pipe, backfilling of the pipe, and the installation of two pipe screens as specified. (75 LF) 13. Export excess fill offsite to an acceptable location. Exporting of fill will be based on number of loads exported with the contractor based on the size of their dump truck. (50 CY).
