The Work is generally described as, but is not limitedto the following: Contract A General Work Contract B HVAC, Plumbing,and Mechanical Work Contract C Electrical Work The project generally consistsof the installation of a restroom building facility for theLaureldale Community Park.This project includes any required grading of the projectsite, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, construction of a new restroombuilding complete to includefoundation, flooring, roofing,doors, windows, etc. alongwith installation of all plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, along with installationof water and sanitary sewerbuilding service lines and tieinto existing public water andsanitary sewer facilities. All bidders must submit bidsecurity in the amount of tenpercent [10%]. The successful BIDDER ofeach Contract will be requiredto execute the Agreement andto furnish a "PerformanceBond" and a "Payment Bond"all on the respective formsprovided in the Contract Documents. The Contractor alsowill be required to furnish evidence of insurance coverageas required by the ContractDocuments. The Borough of Laureldalereserves the right to waiveany informality in or to rejectany or all Bids, and to deleteany item or portion of an itemwithout affecting the bids onthe remaining items or portion of items.
