Renovation of a transportation facility in Hamilton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This project includes the construction of the Terminal Building interior walls, finished flooring, casework, ceilings, wall finishing, painting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The Terminal Building Shell was completed under a separate project. This project proposes to construct the entirety of the interior fit out of the Terminal Building. The project will be bid as a Base Bid only. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Technical questions and visits to the site shall be directed to Matt Nissen of Passero Associates via email at mnissen@passero.com. All questions shall be submitted via email no later than Monday, April 28th, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
