Furnish all labor and materials necessary for the construction of approximately 1200 Linear Feet (LF) of 2" HDPE gas piping and connection to the existing facility. New meter install per Atmos Energy standards. The installation must be coordinated with and meet all current Atmos Energy standards. Bid Bond/Proposal Guaranty - Not required. Payment Bond - Required on projects totaling more than $25,000. Performance Bond - Required on projects totaling more than $100,000. The Owner agrees if the Contract is awarded, the award will be made within sixty (60) days of the bid opening date, unless otherwise stated in the Invitation to Bid. Immediately following action by the awarding authority, the successful Bidder will be notified of the award. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates or to accept any combination of alternates considered advantageous.
