Renovation of a municipal facility in Captain Cook, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of May 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Mid Pac Services LLC, with an awarded amount of $53,900.00.** New flooring, windows, and service counter for the Department for Taxation Kona Office Contractors are required to survey the site and make their own measurements to ensure the equipment and configurations ordered will fit the spaces, area, and any existing equipment for which they are ordered. Onsite surveys shall be done prior to making an offer, so please plan accordingly. The Department of Taxation reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any defects when such rejection will be in the best interest of the public. SCOPE OF WORK • Measure, furnish, and install 2 glass windows, with sound hole and lockable pass-through • Measure, furnish, and install countertops, counter, cabinet, shelves, and drawers with all trims and materials to accommodate computer workstations with dual-monitors, keyboard, and printers; add desk grommets, as necessary, for chords. • Install new counters on the exterior, approximately 12” out, plus add a counter under the customer service windows • Install new counter on the interior, spanning both windows (see sample photos for a depiction of our counter in service at a different location). • Paint exterior and interior to match • Removal of old windows, trims, countertops, counter, cabinets, shelves, drawers, and other materials
