Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lihue, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work located at the Fifth Judicial Circuit. The work consists of removing and replacing the front and rear parking lot asphalt surface, removing tree root intrusion, repairing/compacting the substrate as required, replacing tire bumpers, replacing ADA parking sign/pole and restriping as per specifications. Clean-up work and related debris removal and demobilization in a manner and at the times determined by the Contracting Officer The work consists of repairing and resurface (Top Seal Coat) the parking lot asphalt, and restriping. No other time for a site inspection will be scheduled or allowed. Each Bidder shall bring his or her own flashlight and small tools that may be required to inspect the premises. Knives and similar sharp tools will not be allowed. Bidders and interested parties are required to sign in at the meetings to confirm attendance. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawai'i Contractor's license C-3, Asphalt Paving and Surfacing Contractor
