Chipping and removal of green waste from Manele Small Boat Harbor. Compliance is required from the successful bidder prior to awarding project and commencement of work activities. All refuse shall be disposed of off-site at locations meeting all Federal, State and County ordinances and regulations. Vendor must be ISA Certified Arborist. ISA Certified Arborist must be on site at all times while performing the scope of services. Provide traffic control/ traffic aids, hauling, chipping, disposal and clean up. Equipment should include: Chipper, dump truck, and an 80 foot spider lift, traffic aids. Tree Trimming, canopy reduction, reduce tip weight and lift.
