Estimated Quantities of Major Work Items for the Project Are as Follows: Bituminous Material for Seal Coat 20,142 Gal Seal Coat Aggregate (Fa-2) 671 Ton No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 90 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive minor defects, technicalities, or any informalities in the bidding or to advertise for new proposals, and to accept that bid deemed to be in the City's best interest. Bid shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City for not less than 10% of the bid.
