Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hawley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For Base repair on various roads located in the Township, 1,950 SY of 5" Depth Base Repair All materials must meet current PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Bidders need to review the proposed project with the Township prior to bidding. For further information, or to schedule a mandatory road inspection, contact Joe Kmetz at 570-226-2256, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please leave a phone and he will return your call. Failure to schedule a road inspection will result in bid proposal being dismissed. The Palmyra Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions ofthe project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested ofthe Township. Contract contains an Escalator Clause for quantities ofbituminous material ofless than 100 tons of asphalt cement. PA Prevailing Wages Apply to contracts in excess of $100,000.
