The Project is Renovations and Additions to Goose Creek High School. A new 41,000 +/- square feet, two- level high school addition to the existing high school site, drives and parking, play areas, and all site improvements. The structure is slab on grade, load bearing masonry with brick veneer, metal wall panels and low sloped roof system. The work to bid will include but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Roofing, Clearing, Grading/Earthwork, Earthquake Drains, Water, Sewer, Storm drainage, Erosion control, Paving, Sidewalks, Aluminum Canopies, Concrete, Steel, Rebar, CMU/Brick, Cast Stone, Masonry Accessories, Painting, Sprayed foam insulation, Sheetrock, Acoustical Ceilings, Acoustical Sound Panels, Carpet, VCT, Epoxy Terrazzo, Tile, Millwork, Firestopping/Fire Spray, Joint Sealants, Louvers, Toilet Partitions/Accessories, Storefront, Curtain Wall, Wood Doors, Hollow Metal Frames, Elevator, etc Performance and Payment bond may be required in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price; therefore, subcontractors and suppliers should be prepared to state the amount necessary as an alternate amount, independent of their proposal for work, should it be determined by the General Contractor to require these bonds.
