Demolition, site work and addition to a military facility in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

**As of March 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. Anticipate award in September 2026** Two-story Training Support Building (TSB). Multi-story High Bay (HB) simulator building. Mechanical Building (MB). Improvements to electrical, water, sanitary, storm water, and telecom utility distribution infrastructure to support the new facilities. Causeway widening, utility upgrades, and raising road elevation. Building deep foundation construction. Roadway and pedestrian capital improvements. Construction of an electrical power substation in and associated electrical feeds to the site. Reconstruction of existing parking spaces and construction of additional parking spaces. All correspondence regarding this solicitation shall be via email to Dennis Bourgault at dennis.p.bourgault.civ@us.navy.mil. Those attending the Pre-Proposal Conference and/or Site Visit require Joint Base Charleston access. No firearms are allowed, and all visitors and vehicles are subject to search and seizure. The following information must be provided to Dennis Bourgault, dennis.p.bourgault.civ@us.navy.mil, and Lindsay Betteridge, lindsay.e.betteridge.civ@us.navy.mil, no later than: 3:00 PM EST on February 10, 2026 Project Magnitude is between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000.
