Site work for a water / sewer project in Schoolcraft, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 33 "Yard Side" Water Services (Approximately 1,748 Feet) 1 "Street Side" Water Service (Approximately 10 feet) 34 Water Service Home Connections 34 Curb Box Replacements Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Thesubject line for the bid submittals should include reference to the contract being bid, "Bid Proposal 2025 Lead Service Line Replacements". Attached Bid Proposal documents and bid bond shall be in the form of a pdf titled with the Project Title and Bidders Name. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Kalamazoo County (American Rescue Plan Act) and the Village of Schoolcraft. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Village of Schoolcraft in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be substantially complete by October 15, 2025 and ready for final payment by November 14, 2025.
