Site work and renovation of a civil project in New Waverly, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope 1. Construction of a new wastewater treatment plant at the City's existing Wastewater Treatment Plan #2 site including a new influent lift station, concentric WWTP structure containing screening, aeration, clarification and digestion, blower, and electrical facility. 2. Construction of a new transfer lift station at the City's existing Wastewater Treatment Plant #1 site including a standby generator. 3. Installation of a 6-inch force main to convey wastewater from the new Transfer Lift Station to the new Wastewater Treatment Plant including plug valves, combination air valves, and connection to existing wastewater collection system. 4. Facilitation and coordination of new electrical utility services to the new wastewater treatment plant and transfer lift station facilities. 5. Decommissioning, abandonment, and/or removal of existing facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and materials as shown in the Plans. ID: NWV030 - REBID Estimate: $5,000,000 - $7,000,000 Construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant and Transfer Lift Station to replace existing wastewater treatment plants and convey all system wastewater to a centralized location for treatment and discharge. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of New Waverly or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. No prebid meeting is scheduled for this project. The City of New Waverly reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of New Waverly for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
