The contractor shall supply all material, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and supervision necessary to complete the project and shall verify all required material quantities. Contractors are encouraged to visit the project site prior to proposal submission, and there are no utilities available at the site. All work shall be performed in accordance with project documents, plans, and FP-14 requirements, and all trash, debris, and refuse not incorporated into the work shall be removed daily. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204; this range is provided solely to assist offerors in determining capability and does not represent the Government's independent estimate. Offerors are strongly encouraged to visit the project site and are responsible for assessing all local conditions that may affect cost or performance, including access, terrain, and weather. The contractor shall complete all required work within 365 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall submit a proposed schedule within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price shall be submitted within 10 calendar days of award in accordance with FAR 52.228-15. FAR 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, applies, and contractors must promptly notify the Contracting Officer in writing upon encountering subsurface or latent conditions that differ materially from those indicated or ordinarily encountered.
