Site work and paving for a road / highway in Francis Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Kossuth, Manitowoc County Wisconsin is accepting proposals until 5:00 PM May 12, 2025 for thef ollowing Highway projects:Replacement of guardrails on Parkway Road New Midwest Guardrail Systems rails and steel posts for approximately 700 linear feet with EAT's and markers installed according to highway standards. Removal and disposal of existing guardrails and posts. West side slope stabilization with heavy rip rap and restoration of shoulders as needed with % inch CARB. Traffic control and signage during work.Chip Sealing:Chip seal 1 mile of Thunder Road between CTH-K and Polifka Road. Double chip seal 1.7 miles of Reifs Mills Road from CTH-R to Stone Road.The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, and material to uniformly apply liquid asphalt and aggregate to the roadway. Proposals must include suitable preparation of existing asphalt to accept material,traffic control, and safety signage during work. Specifications for materials to be used for chip sealing are to besubmitted with proposals Questions regarding these projects may be directed to Chairman Ralph Schuh at 920-732-3772. he Town of Kossuth reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the process, and to accept the proposal or portion of a proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
