Commissioner of Public Works will receive sealed bids for the following work:RACINE UPTOWN GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT Project Description: This project includes installation of green infrastructure.Major items of work include excavation, concrete curb, permeable pavement,storm sewer, and electrical work. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids,waive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner,will serve the best interest of the City. Bidders must be prequalified by the Commissioner of Public Works. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening.
